  • Pets are not allowed.
  • A security deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out: By 12:00 PM.

Occupancy and Layout:

  • The Penthouse includes:
    • Two bedrooms:
      • Master bedroom with a King-size bed.
      • Second bedroom with two Queen-size beds.
    • Maximum capacity: 6 people.

Cancellation

Cancellation Policies:

  • Reservations canceled more than 14 days prior to arrival are refundable, minus a $75 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a penalty equivalent to 3 nights' stay.
